I noticed in zero RPM mode my gpu usually sits between 40-55+ C in idle, it goes to 60C during light gaming (wow drawing 80-120W) and the fans start spinning, the GPU cools down to the high 30s, low 40s, then the fans turn off again I also do test that at any temp I have, put the fan speed 100%, press apply and the GPU immediate become loud because spins 100%.
